Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the GomlaTech website and to every order placed on it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

This website is operated by GomlaTech, Cairo, Egypt. The store runs on Shopify.

2. Products and prices

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
  • We try to show products, specifications and colours accurately. Product photos are for illustration, and the actual colour may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, or turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and you can choose a refund or a different product.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot verify it, if the product is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. We may limit quantities per customer.

4. Payment

You can pay by card through Paymob or in cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely by Paymob; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refund Policy, including 14 days for change-of-mind returns and 30 days for faulty products.

7. Warranty

  • Devices carry the official warranty of the manufacturer's agent in Egypt, as stated on the warranty card in the box.
  • Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer's authorised service centres. We are happy to help you contact them.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or normal wear.
  • Keep your invoice and warranty card: you will need them for any warranty claim.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your delivery address and phone number.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of products bought from us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
