Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. Our return and refund policy is designed to comply with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

14-Day Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from receiving your order, subject to applicable legal conditions.

For change-of-mind returns, the product should be returned in its original condition with:

  • Original box and packaging

  • All accessories and included items

  • Manuals and documents

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Original serial number or IMEI

  • No customer-caused damage

Opening the package does not automatically cancel your legal rights. However, products that have been used, damaged, modified, or cannot be returned to their original condition may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

30-Day Defective Product Returns

If your product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is different from what you ordered

  • Does not match the advertised specifications

  • Is not suitable for its intended purpose

you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from receiving the product, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection requirements.

Eligible defective products may be returned or exchanged without additional cost to the customer.

Record Your Unboxing

For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package for the first time.

Please make sure the video clearly shows:

  • The sealed package

  • Shipping label

  • Condition of the outer packaging

  • The complete opening process

  • The product and accessories

  • Any visible damage or missing items

  • Serial number or IMEI, where applicable

This video helps us quickly investigate claims involving shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Not providing an unboxing video does not automatically cancel any legal rights available to you.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • Serial number or IMEI, if applicable

  • Unboxing video, if available

Please keep the original shipping packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Phones, Tablets & Electronics

For products with a serial number or IMEI, the returned product must match the serial number or IMEI of the product originally delivered.

Products damaged due to misuse, impact, liquid exposure, unauthorized repair, modification, or other customer-caused damage may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Manufacturing defects remain covered by applicable consumer rights and warranty terms.

Accessories & Free Gifts

All accessories, chargers, cables, manuals, promotional items, and free gifts supplied with the product should be returned with it.

Missing or customer-damaged items may affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

For standard change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise.

If the return is caused by a defective product, incorrect product, or another issue for which we are responsible, the customer will not be charged additional return or replacement costs.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to applicable Egyptian law.

Where applicable, refunds will be returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with the customer.

Eligible online refunds will be processed within the legally applicable period.

Your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may arrange the refund using an agreed method such as:

  • Bank transfer

  • Electronic wallet

  • Other available refund method

We may request the information necessary to process the refund.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos, where applicable

  • Unboxing video, if available

Our team will provide the return instructions.

Please do not send any product back before contacting us.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is separate from the return period.

Products covered by a manufacturer, distributor, or authorized agent warranty remain subject to the applicable warranty terms and Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights provided to customers under Egyptian law.

If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will apply.
