Shipping Policy
GomlaTech delivers to all governorates in Egypt.
Delivery times

| Cairo and Giza | 1–3 business days |
| All other governorates | 3–7 business days |
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. It is currently a flat LE 118 for standard delivery anywhere in Egypt.
Payment on delivery
You can pay online by card through Paymob, or in cash when the courier delivers your order. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready. We may call you to confirm cash-on-delivery orders before they are shipped.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. The courier will call before arriving.
- Check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains what to send us.
- If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is returned to us and we will contact you.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation. You can check your order status at any time from your account on our website.
International shipping
We currently ship within Egypt only.
